Each year in February in Utah it always happens.
We get a week to 10days of great spring like weather. Thoughts turn to yard work, garden planting and washing the winter scum off the car.
Then we get a "unexpected storm" that drops a couple of inches of beautiful snow.
It is so nice to see the white covering the grass etc.
I love pre-spring in Utah.
